A workout for very busy people: Pre-class activities

We see people all the time driving up and down the aisles looking for that one spot taking five, ten minutes to get really close just to save walking an extra 50 feet or 50 yards.
Instead of sending emails to people in your office get up walk to them and talk to them about whatever it is.
This one may be a little tough to implement because of other people but insist that any meetings that you go to are walking meetings.
Those may be controversial but I tell you I think that they can get you the 10,000 steps or whatever the limit is that will get your body moving, get your muscles moving, get your blood flowing and make you less sedentary.
