How can we help you?
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept common credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. 
How will I be charged?
Subscription plans are subject to automatic re-billing and will automatically renew at the end of the plan’s billing cycle. Automatic reminder emails are sent 7 days before your subscription is set to renew.
Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You may cancel the Recurring Payment at any time by clicking the Cancel button in the billing section of your profile.

Please note that cancelling your subscription does not affect your current billing period. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle and your card or bank account will no longer be charged. 

If you cancel your Subscription, you will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds or a money back guarantee?

We offer a number of free lessons for you to have an idea of the lessons. As a result, once you have upgraded your account, a refund is only be possible if BOTH of the following conditions are met:

  1. You have not downloaded any of our premium content.
  2. You made your refund request no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the billing cycle you wish to receive a refund for began.

Refunds are only possible for your current billing cycle (if you meet the requirements above).

We do not offer partial refunds.

Are my card details and personal data safe with The English Flows?

The English Flows does not store any personal data or payment details. All data and card details are stored by Paypal or Stripe.

Why does The English Flows charge for some of the content?
We are passionate about providing ready-to-use lesson plans to other English teachers. The subscription service helps us run a fully-functional web page and gives us the freedom to dedicate more time to creating high-quality worksheets, working constantly on improving them and adding new features!
I can’t find the topic I want to teach. Can I have a specific lesson created?
Yes! We strive to provide you with the content you need and would love to hear your suggestions and ideas! While we can’t guarantee a lesson plan will be ready for a specific time, 2 of the lessons created every month come from teachers’ suggestions! So send us your request and we will let you know if the lesson is created and ready for you to download!
