When you sign up for a free account, we collect your name and email.
Payment information
If you purchase a subscription plan from us, information about the purchase or transaction is collected. This includes your payment information, such as your credit/debit card number or bank account number, as well as other required account and authentication information, such as your billing address.
Sensitive payment information including credit card data is solely handled by our PCI-DSS 3 certified payment gateways – Stripe, which tokenize and store them in a highly encrypted, inaccessible data vault. The English Flows, being fully PCI compliant, does not directly store, process, view or handle credit card numbers at all, and does not have the ability to retrieve or view card numbers.
Usage data
We collect information about how you are using our Service, for example how many pdf materials you have downloaded and which lesson pages you have viewed

Registered Teachers who have opted in to our email updates will receive a weekly or bi-weekly email newsletter containing links to our latest materials as well as suggested lesson plans to use in their classes. The information we collect from you allows us to personalise and tailor the content of these emails. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails.

We use the information we collect to help verify accounts and activity, and to promote safety and security, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of our terms and conditions.

We may use information we collect about your device and network connection to troubleshoot any technical issues you may have using our Service.
How can I access, manage or delete my personal data?
You can view your personal data at any time by logging into your profile area. You can edit your basic account information at any time by logging into your profile area. You can also delete your account at any time by sending a ‘Request Account Deletion’ email to [email protected]. When we delete your account, we delete all your personal data in our possession or control. If you have purchased one of our subscription plans and don’t want to delete your account but want to stop using our paid Service, you may cancel your subscription instead. Once your plan is cancelled, it will expire at the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be charged again unless you re-purchase the plan.

The security of your personal information is very important to us, but please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to adhere to the highest standards of data protection, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the unlikely event that your data has been compromised, we will take measures to assess the level of risk and ensure that the breach is contained as soon as possible. We may take the decision to notify you of the breach within 72 hours if we have determined, in consultation with the relevant data authority, that there exists a risk to your rights or freedoms.
